Doctor Dozie has four group clinics scheduled as well as a trip to Pay Less Supermarket! We stepped up our Dietetics this year. The program offers a new layer-a new dietetic subject each Monday through the ten weeks. The process builds as you gain strength and your metabolism revs up!

Structure Balanced with Fun
Fitness Assessments are done three times through the 10 week program to monitor all aspects of our contestants fitness progress. Contestant Data & Progress will be posted online. A typical week: 4 Team Workouts, a Fitness Challenge with a $100 prize, and a Cardio Bootcamp on Saturdays! The teams battle it out on Saturdays following the Bootcamp, a fun crazy activity to get everyone laughing and moving once a week to develop positive attitudes toward exercise.
