Different than other weight loss programs-almost 10 years in development: This program is your answer

Every week your body experiences a new workout

This isn't a simple boot camp, not a Group Exercise Class.  Our workouts are predominately on the workout floor.  The theme of the workout changes every week.  Circuit Training on the Lifefitness Equipment is important-set up coordination and connective tissue strength in the first week.  Easy to adjust to each individual strength needs as the equipment weight levels begin at 10 lbs and often load up to several hundred pounds.  Next week you try Super Sets, then Interval Training and even a Mindbody week with Yoga & a full Pilates Studio.  The point is the change-your body wants to adapt to the new activity...so we change! Your metabolism is on the resolution rush!

Diet & Nutrition is individualized

 

Doctor Dozie has four group clinics scheduled as well as a trip to Pay Less Supermarket!  We stepped up our Dietetics this year.  The program offers a new layer-a new dietetic subject each Monday through the ten weeks.  The process builds as you gain strength and your metabolism revs up!   

Our sponsor Complete Nutrition has generously provided Food Journals!  Each contestant will track daily food choices.  Accountability equals success! We work on long term success your family can live with.

 

Structure Balanced with Fun

 

 

Fitness Assessments are done three times through the 10 week program to monitor all aspects of our contestants fitness progress.  Contestant Data & Progress will be posted online.  A typical week: 4 Team Workouts, a Fitness Challenge with a $100 prize, and a Cardio Bootcamp on Saturdays!  The teams battle it out on Saturdays following the Bootcamp, a fun crazy activity to get everyone laughing and moving once a week to develop positive attitudes toward exercise.
